Angela Messer

Angela Messer is the Executive Vice President at Booz Allen and leads the firm's Predictive Intelligence Business in Booz Allen's Strategic Innovation Group. Previously she led the firm's Emerging Technologies and Mission Solutions initiatives as well as the Army business within the broader defense market, including Army Headquarters, Army Material Command, Forces Command, Traning and Doctrine Command, and Installation Management Command. Angela Messer holds a bachelor of science in engineering management from West Point Military Acadamy and has a master of science in management from the Florida Institute of Technology.
